An unidentified crime has been registered against NCP’s candidate, Deepak Pawar, at Pusegaon police station for spreading misunderstanding in the society

Bhushan Garud :During the voting in the Satara Lok Sabha by-election, the news of local villagers being informed that the vote was going to Kamla, the candidate of BJP if any button was pressed in the village of Navalewadi (Tal Khatav) in Koregaon assembly constituency in the district. In this connection, a false crime has been registered against the NCP candidate, Deepak Pawar, at Pussegaon police station for spreading misinformation about the election process by giving false information to the media. The crime has been registered following a lawsuit filed by Union President Gulab Gaikwad.

Yesterday (22nd), when a button was pressed in the Lok Sabha polling station in Navalewadi, the vote was going crazy. NCP’s Deepak Pawar and MLA Shashikant Shinde have objected to this. Therefore, the voting machine was closed and sealed. The voting process was started by installing another voting machine. After a great deal of controversy over the evening, the election decision-makers made all kinds of scrutiny and clarified that the relevant claim was not factual. Subsequently, a case has been registered against NCP candidate Deepak Pawar at Pusegaon police station.

Meanwhile, after the NCP’s candidate representatives objected to complaints about voting machines in Navalewadi, the central president asked them to fill up the affidavit 15 for the test ballot. However, they rejected it. Therefore, the process at this polling station continued smoothly. There is no fact in the complaint and no such incident has happened, ”said Kirti Nalavade, an election decision officer of Koregaon assembly constituency. He said there was no such incident in the complaint of the concerned.
