2 cyber crime accused arrested in Delhi; Hon.Court has granted (transit) Remand 4-days

Bhushan Garud :Cyber police are searching for 2 accused in different cyber crime in Pune city. Upon receiving information that the accused was in Delhi. The accused would have been arrested and produced in Delhi’s Dwarka court. Hon.Court has granted (transit) Remand till 8 Oct 2019.

CR No.16/2019 Cyber ​​crime accused Shyam Babu- Kishori Lal (Age- 32, Sudarshan Park, Moti Nagar, Delhi).
CR No.19/2019 Cyber ​​crime accused John Vanlalruata-Llengmawia (Age- 29, Chanakya Place, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi) was arrested by Pune cyber police at Delhi.

According to police,
Pune cyber team arrested Shyam Babu-Kishori Lal (age 32, Sudarshan Park, Moti Nagar, Delhi) on Friday, October 4, 2019 in connection with the CR No. 16/2019 cyber crime. He recovered a mobile phone and two SIM cards. Pune cyber squad arrested John Vanlalruata-Llengmawia (age 29, Chanakya Place, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi) on Thursday, October 3, 2019 for CR No. 19/2019 in cyber crime. He recovered a three cell phone handsets, SIM cards, a Wi-Fi router, bank passbook, PAN card, Aadhar card.
A Pune cyber police team is searching for the accused in a cyber crime at the Pune police station records. On being informed that the accused in CR Cyber ​​Crimes CR No. 16/2019 and CR No. 19/2019 was located in Delhi. After arresting the two accused and appearing in Delhi’s Dwarka court, the Hon.court has granted (transit) Remand till 8 Oct 2019.
