Samarth police took note of the same and filled up the complaint form from the complainant and recovered Rs 28,000 from the bank. The complainant, Shriram Shivram Deshpande, 58, Rasta Peth, is retired. His grandfather has an account with a private bank in Peth. This account has a link to support and mobile number. On September 10, when Deshpande was at home, a message came from his bank account that ATMs withdrawn Rs. He immediately contacted the police station and lodged a complaint.

Under the guidance of senior police inspector Balakrishna Kadam, police inspector Vinayak Salunkhe, police constable Ganesh Shende, Sachin Gorakhe and Nilesh Sabale reached the bank immediately with the complainant.
