Eyeing China, India deploys fighter aircraft Sukhoi for the first time

India has deployed Sukhoi-30 fighter aircraft for the first time in South India, further increasing its capability in the strategically important Indian Ocean region. So that, whenever necessary, any daring can be given a befitting reply.

China is rapidly increasing its presence in the Indian Ocean. In view of this, the Indian Air Force deployed the first squadron of Sukhoi-30 MKI at Thanjavur Air Force Station in Tamil Nadu.

This fighter aircraft has been updated and is also capable of carrying BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. According to a defense release, this new squadron will increase the air defense capability of the Indian Air Force and ensure surveillance in the strategically important Indian Ocean region.

Chief Defense Chairman Bipin Rawat, Air Force Chief Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria and other top officials were present on the occasion. Equipped with modern technologies, this aircraft is capable of playing a large role in all weather.
