Like Khap Panchayat, Jat Panchayat, the Thakkar community of Gujarat has started arbitrarily. Fardan has left the community’s Panchayat that unmarried girls of Thakor community do not use mobile phones. 

Thakor community had kept Panchayat on Sunday. The girls in the Jalol village have said that they do not have proper use of mobile phones. The people of the village consider the Panchayat rules as their constitution. People of this Panchayat make rules for society. According to the new rules, the unmarried girl will be considered as a violation of the rules of the conduct of Thakor community by having a mobile phone. 

If the unmarried girl of the community finds a mobile, then her father will have to pay a penalty of 1.5 lakh to the Panchayat. And if a girl is married without the permission of her family, then she will also be considered a crime. 
District Panchayat member said that Panchayat has made some decisions in society. Banning ban on fireworks, fireworks, and ban on wedding expenses. There has been discussions regarding the maintenance of mobile phones and penalties, but no decision has been taken to implement.
