On 17/08/2019 at late evening Team unit 11 raided at Rigel spa, opp to veg treat hotel, next to Bata showroom, Borivali West In the jurisdiction of Borivali p stn. 6 girl found in the spa from which one girl is ready to do illegal act with the dummy customer with the consent of the owner/ manager of the spa. We confirmed from the spot and customer that the owner is running the prostitution racket with the concent of the owner. Police recovered Rs 23,800/- from accused.

The spa center is a duplex shop having six rooms three on basement and three at upper floor while cash counter and waiting room is at ground floor. Police taken custody of the six victim girls and the manager/ owner lady namely Divya Sarveshlingam Sakhinetipalli, age 39 years, res of Bhayndar east, thane. On the complaint of HC Sudhir Korgaonker of unit 11 Borivali p stn Registared a crime wide CR no 477/2019 U/S 370(3) of IPC r/w 3,4,5 PITA. Accused and victim girls are handed over to Borivali p stn for further investigation. Accused Divya had arrested previously in 2012 at Samtanagar p stn under PITA act wide CR no 42/2012 u/s 3,4,5 of PITA.
