Delhi Election 2020 Polling of votes Live Updates: Delhi Assembly Election  polled 30.18 percent till 3 pm . Due to the mild cold in the morning, the number of voters at the polling stations was seen less but by the afternoon the number of people voting had increased. Voting is going on peacefully in Shaheen Bagh too. Meanwhile, President Ram Nath Kovind, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, former President Hamid Ansari, Chief Minister Arvand Kejriwal, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and many other leaders voted in Delhi. 

In Laxmi Nagar, a groom voted before going to the wedding ceremony and danced fiercely to his family members at the booth. Polling started late due to technical fault in Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in several areas including Yamuna Vihar in the capital. Voting began at 8 am today amid tight security arrangements for 70 seats in the Delhi Assembly, which will run till 6 pm. There are a total of one crore 47 lakh 86 thousand 382 voters in Delhi this time. The counting of votes will take place on 11 February.

– Only 30.18 till 3 pm in Delhi  percent voting has been recorded.

– Former President Pranab Mukherjee arrived at Delhi’s Kamaraj Lane polling booth to cast his vote.

–  2 pm, 28.14 percent votes have been cast in Delhi. Initially there was a slow start but now gradually voters are reaching the polling booth.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Robert Vadra and son Rehan Rajeev Vadra, who are first time voters, cast their vote at booth number 114 and 116 of Lodhi State.

19.37% people exercised their franchise till 2 am.

– Delhi: Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora voted in Nirman Bhawan in New Delhi Assembly constituency. Let us know that Arvind Kejriwal is contesting from this seat. 

– Delhi Election: 443 votes have been cast at Municipal Corporation School Harsh Vihar Polling Station 205 till 12.15 pm. There are a total of 1089 votes here. This polling station falls in Gokulpur assembly constituency, which is adjacent to Delhi and UP border.

Delhi: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader LK Advani and his daughter Pratibha Advani cast their vote at the polling booth at Aurangzeb Lane.

– Priyanka Gandhi has appealed everyone to cast their vote. He said do not be lazy, all vote.

As of 11 pm, 30 percent polling was recorded in Shaheen Bagh school and 35 percent on Shaheen Bagh number 8. 

– Congress candidate from Chandni Chowk Alka Lamba has slapped an AAP worker. However, the worker was not slapped and survived. It is alleged that the activist made indecent remarks. 

– Delhi Assembly Elections: Till 11 pm, 7.5 percent polling has been recorded in Delhi. 

Sonia Gandhi cast her vote in Nirman Bhavan in New Delhi Assembly.

-Delhi Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Ranveer Singh along with his family voted. During this, he said that everyone should take part in it.
