Pune : In the two cases, the family of the person who died in the accident finally got justice in public. Both the cases of the accident have compensated them. In this case, Rs 25 lakhs will be given in one case and in the second case 25 lakh 50 thousand rupees will be given. 
The first case was Anita Shankar Potdar (age 33, resident of Chakan). On October 9, 2017, the Motor Accident Judicial Authority had filed a lawsuit against Kanchan Dhamankar. Anita’s husband Shankar Ganeshrao Potdar (43), on 19th September, 2017, Nashik- Pune On the way, from Chakan, Bhosari was riding on a bicycle. At that time, they died on the spot due to an accident in Moti Chowk. He was working in a company. He had a salary of 17 thousand rupees per month. They had the guardianship of wife, two children and mother. On this backdrop, the insurer had sought compensation of Rs 30 lakh for the claim against the ICICI Lombard Company. However, the claim amounting to Rs 25 lakh was settled. Adv. The second claim was made by Chandrakant and mother Selja by the death of Sumit Chandrakant Shinde (26, Yelewadi). It was filed through Kanchan Dhamankar. On 18th November 2017, when Sumit stood on the road near Khadimshin Chowk, he hit the dump. On November 23, 2017, his therapies died in hospital. They were running a vacant institute. It also consisted of regular income tax. Considering all these things, the demand for 3 million claims against the Bajaj Alliance Company was filed. The claim was made by giving 25 lakh 50 thousand rupees in the public interest.
